If you place an order on the WhiteWall US website with a delivery address outside of the US, you will notice a new checkbox on the payment page:

By accepting the terms and conditions and privacy policy, you agree to have your order processed by WhiteWall GmbH, the parent company of WhiteWall USA Inc. This is needed for tax purposes.

Thanks to this change, customers in the USA can now ship orders to German delivery addresses. 
Please note that this implies that the order will be subjected to the German VAT of 19%.  This also applies to all orders delivered to European countries with a US billing address, since the goods do not leave the EU and WhiteWall is based in the EU, the VAT of the destination country applies and will be charged to the person placing the order. Since you are not based in the EU, this VAT cannot be reclaimed.
